Django’s Legacy

Today we remember the legendary guitarist Jean “Django” Reinhardt (23 January 1910 – 16 May 1953), whose music continues to inspire generations of musicians around the world. This performance was recorded on a vintage Jacques Favino guitar from 1974, whose warm and expressive sound perfectly matches the atmosphere of the piece. Django Reinhardt changed the language of guitar forever — and his musical legacy still lives on today.
